Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up — with an email address or with Google — we store the identifier and basic profile details your sign-in method provides.

Content you create. Recipes you add or import, pantry items, favorites, spin history, meal plans, household memberships, and messages you send to in-app assistant features.

Usage data. Basic technical information such as device and browser type and error reports, used to keep the app working.

Payment data. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details. We never see or store full card numbers — we store only the subscription status needed to unlock paid features.

To create and secure your account, save and sync your recipes, generate meal suggestions, share content with households you join, process payments, and fix problems in the app. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on third-party services to run Recipe Wheel: a hosting and database provider, an authentication provider (including Google sign-in if you choose it), a payment processor, recipe catalog and stock photo APIs used for discovery and images, and AI model providers that power assistant features. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

If you join or create a household, recipes and spin activity you add to that household are visible to its other members. Leaving a household stops future sharing but does not retroactively remove content others have already saved.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual recipes and history at any time from the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will remove it, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Recipe Wheel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
